    2nd EMCEF-TRACE workshop II took place on 31 March - 1 April 2006 in Bad Münder.


    The workshop program,[EN], "Developing guidelines for EWC coordination II" consists of four main parts:
    1. Friday AM: the role of EMCEF coordinators
    2. Friday PM: the role of the secretariat and the EWC committee in EMCEF coordination strategy towards EWCs
    3. Saturday AM: agree on the form and structure of EMCEF guidelines for EWC coordination and how it will be implemented.
    4. Saturday PM: the content of draft guidelines, debated in detail.
